At Grah Decor, we strive for your complete satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. General Return & Refund Conditions
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit, provided the item meets the following conditions:

The product is unused and in its original selling condition.

All original tags, documentation, and packaging are intact.

The product passes our mandatory quality check upon return.
Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds typically reflect within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
2. Exchanges
You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery only under the following circumstances:

The item arrived damaged or defective.

The incorrect product or variant (color, size) was delivered.
Exchanges are for the same product (or equivalent value, if the item is out of stock) and are subject to availability. Items will undergo a quality check before the exchange is processed and shipped.
3. Important Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following products:

Personalized and Customized Products: Due to the bespoke nature of items like custom photo frames, these products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly manufactured by Grah Decor.

Used, washed, or physically damaged items (damage not incurred during shipping).

Items returned after 7 days of the delivery date.

Gift cards.
4. Return Shipping & Charges

Damaged/Defective Item: For approved returns or exchanges involving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange free pickup from your delivery address. No return shipping charges will apply to the customer.

Courier Issues: If a return is necessary due to a change of mind (applicable only to non-personalized items), the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, you must follow these steps within 7 days of receiving your order:

Include Details: Provide your Order Number and a clear explanation of the issue (e.g., "damaged item," "wrong color received"). Attach clear photographs or a video of the item and the packaging, especially if the item is damaged.

Confirmation: We will review your request and confirm approval via email, along with arranging the free pickup (if applicable).

Processing: Once the item is received and verified, we will process your refund or ship the exchange item.
