The time required to process your order depends on whether the item is a ready-made item or a personalized product.

  • Ready-Made Items: Orders for items available in stock typically take 1-3 business days to process and prepare for shipment.

  • Personalized/Customized Items (e.g., Photo Frames): These items require design, production, and quality checking time. Personalized orders typically take 3-7 business days to process before shipment.

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

2. Shipping Coverage (PAN India Delivery)

We proudly offer shipping and delivery services across India (PAN India) to almost all major cities and pin codes.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

4.1. Tracking Details: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to the courier company's website. 4.2. Tracking Updates: Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the notification.

5. Packaging and Damage

5.1. Secure Packaging: We ensure all products, especially delicate items like photo frames and lamps, are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. 5.2. Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy immediately. You must retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the courier to complete an inspection.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

As Grah Decor ships only within India, no international customs duties or taxes apply. All prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) as applicable under Indian laws.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, please contact us immediately at grahdecor13@gmail.com. We are unable to change the address once the order has been shipped. If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
